Once a person has created their entries through EquiLive Online Entries they are available for you as the show secretary to review.
Each entry in the system is assigned a status to show its progress through the system. You can read more about this here.
If you have accounts to reviewed these will appear at the top of the account list in your event. Click on the account to open the review page.
Here you will see the entries that have been made and are awaiting review.
The top of the page show the account's current balance and any payments that have been made.
The entries are listed below and each entry has an accept and reject button. Once you have checked the details on the entry, click on the appropriate button to change the entry's status.
The status indicator will change colour to reflect your choice. You can undo your decision if you change your mind.
You can also choose to accept or reject all entries using the buttons at the top of the page.
Once you have finished making your changes, click on the Save changes button at the top of the page. You will be show a summary of the changes you are making.
If the changes are correct click on the Save changes button to confirm the changes. The account holder will be sent an email confirming the changes you made.
You have now reviewed the entries made by the account holder and saved any changes you made. 😀
